Study of the Borley Haunting

There is a story which received some attention in 1944 due to a Life magazine article which contains a photo of a floating brick. Being quite interested in the Borley story and some of the facts relating to certain unexplained phenomena, I began to search for evidence of truth to the story myself by examining the old photos shown on the Borley Rectory website, and by studying the proof found in the ruins of the rectory by Phillip Burn in the 1950's. Chiefly a group of servant bells which were found underground gives credibility to claims by Marriane that she heard bells that she could not place with anyone who was ringing them.

In the Life magazine photo, Price and the photographer from the magazine noticed a floating brick. The photographer from the magazine took the photo because there was nothing supporting the brick , neither was it being thrown. Having to look at a great deal of such photos myself on our society website, I decided to look closely at the photo a few years ago, with the knowledge of Vince O'Neil who told me he would be glad for me to try and see if anything could be seen about the photos on the website.

The Life magazine brick shows no stray movement at all. There is no sign of movement to left or right neither is there suggestion that the brick is in an arc movement which would be evident if it were moving left to right being thrown. The brick evidently was held in mid-air. Aside from that evidence, the photo contains the impression of two eyes upon lightening the photo.

There also exists multiple charges in the air in the area also visible upon altering the lighting of the photo. There is no line of magnetism under or over the area of the brick as there would be if this brick were held into the air by a heavy geomagnet or if it were made using a cement mixture containing geomagnets.

The brick photo has all the elements of an authentic event. That with the fact of Marriane Foyster's claim of hearing bells from elsewhere, those bells being later found in a closed off tunnel are two undisputable points in favor of the Borley story.

No doubt some of you have had a curiosity and read documentation on elements generating or affecting the research of impressions. Impressions are those chemical traces left from emotional upheavals. These can be left in an area for at least 200 years as DNA traces. The human brain itself having a great mapping capability for such chemicals, one who has been the victim of abusive or hurtful life experiences would be likely to be able to discern the meaning of such chemical traces. These traces can become airborne at the time of the dreadful experience of the victim through the glands which odorize sweat during stress or trauma.

The tunnel to the site of the murder of the two lovers of the famous Borley Nun story is under the site of the old rectory that Marriane lived in for five years. During that time it is said that her husband did taunt her belief in the ghosts or least impressions of Borley by faking some of the events. That none the less does nothing to disproof the true phenomena which occurred over and over in the house.

Those who dispute the claim of the phenomena know little or nothing about the power of chemical impressions. The bells under the house in the tunnel were quite possibly there hidden by the Nun and her lover in order to contact each other. In residual hauntings such as those that play again on anniversaries of battles are equal to the bell phenomena. The sound is heard. And it is quite audible. The bells themselves are not being rung by anyone. The hearer of the bells possesses the ability to discern the event much the same way that remote viewer find target elements and moments later identify the location chosen by an unknowing selector.

The fact that the Borley Rectory is gone now is very revealing about the haunted events at the Rectory which is gone. The events have stopped. The woodwork and plaster walls, and all those things which were still in place at the time of the events have all been removed. The dirt itself has been turned over and over. The chemicals which would have generated the haunting are gone or else moved so far from the surface that it would not be likely for one to experience the haunted events anymore on the rectory site.

Is the story true? Yes, I would believe that with all my heart. The evidence has been found long ago.
