I am a 33 year old German. I'm not married but I live together with my
boyfriend for the last two years. I visited the junior high school (in Germany
called "Realschule") and later the commercial school. Now I work as an
employee in the administration.
I always have a keen interest in paranormal things, especially in haunted places like Borley. When I first read the stories about the old Rectory I couldn't get it out of my mind. Since this time it took 19 years until I visited Borley in August 1999 for the first time. I am not gullible nor sensation-seeking but right from the beginning as we arrived in Borley I knew that something was not quite normal in this little village. It was extremely quiet there. We heard no birds, saw no other animals and none of the inhabitants. I had some strange experiences in Borley - I will tell you soon.
The general interest in the Paranormal comes from my mother. She is busy with all kinds of strange things.
Besides, I am a great fan of the British Isles. I visited Essex, Cornwall and Scotland and I love to spend my vacation in "Haunted Great Britain". This summer I have the firm intention to drive to Borley once more.
