BORLEY GHOST SOCIETY

Associate Henry Bailey

I first started exploring paranormal phenomena at the age of fourteen. Whether it was through a series of fortunate or unfortunate events, my family managed to move into a number of homes that had varying degrees of paranormal activity. My mother, in particular, seemed to attract such phenomena.

It was first hand experiences with the paranormal that led me to try and understand the causes behind paranormal phenomena. I also find that researching and documenting the human reaction or interaction with such types of unexplained activity might one day be of value in trying to better understand the human condition.

Since my early years, I have studied folklore, stories, legends, philosophies and religious beliefs in an attempt to shed light on what constitutes some of the possible explanations for paranormal phenomena. These studies have led me to develop a number of theories concerning the paranormal experience, but have created additional questions as well.

My current studies focus on the topics of human interaction with psychic or paranormal phenomena, in addition to relating current ideas and theories in the field of quantum physics to the older ideas and beliefs found in religious and metaphysical writings.

I am currently an independent paranormal investigator in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, working with a variety of other individuals who are also interested in exploring paranormal phenomena. I am the past President of the Washington State Ghost Society, which I founded in 2000. I am currently an advisor to that group as well as to Evergreen Paranormal, another paranormal group located in Washington State.

I am the Texas State Coordinator for the Ghost Research Society and a Field Representative for the Fort Worth, Texas area for the American Ghost Society. I am an active paranormal researcher and feel that a large part of this role consists of assisting individuals who encounter paranormal phenomena as well as providing education on the subject. I appreciate any inquiries for lectures, information, or exchange of ideas regarding the paranormal.

My profound thanks to Vincent for establishing this site, as I believe that the investigation of Borley Rectory and the work of Harry Price assisted everyone who is currently conducting investigations into the activity involved in a haunting, ghostly phenomena, and associated activity that still perplexes mankind.
