His next book, Wizards and Sorcerers: From Abracadabra to Zoroaster (Facts on File) was released in 1997. His book The Complete Idiot's Guide to Magic Tricks (Alpha Books, 1998) is well on its way to being a magic best-seller, instructing a whole new generation of future magicians.

In October of 1999, Alpha Books released Ogden's The Complete Idiot's Guide to Ghosts and Hauntings, which includes a detailed account of Borley.
